Mango Shrimp Salad

For a change try a healthy and refreshing meal, that will give you mixed flavors which will amaze your taste buds.
Ingredients:
- 450 gm peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1 1/2 cups small-diced fresh mango
- 1 1/2 cups small-diced fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup small-diced red onion
- 1 small-diced green hot pepper
- 1 small-diced avocado
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, finely minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 3 - 4 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Preparing Instructions:
- Cook the shrimp for 1 minute to 3 minutes on each side.
- Chop all veggie ingredients and add them to a medium bowl.
- Prepare the dressing, add the salt, pepper, cumin, and lime juice, and stir all together.
- Serve with tortilla chips for bonus flavors
