Mango Shrimp Salad

For a change try a healthy and refreshing meal, that will give you mixed flavors which will amaze your taste buds.

 

Ingredients: 

  • 450 gm peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1 1/2 cups small-diced fresh mango
  • 1 1/2 cups small-diced fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 cup small-diced red onion
  • 1 small-diced green hot pepper
  • 1 small-diced avocado
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, finely minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 3 - 4 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

 

Preparing Instructions:

 

  1. Cook the shrimp for 1 minute to 3 minutes on each side.
  2. Chop all veggie ingredients and add them to a medium bowl.
  3. Prepare the dressing, add the salt, pepper, cumin, and lime juice, and stir all together.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips for bonus flavors
